Steps to make peanut shell charcoal
Peanut hulls preparation
Firstly, you need to collect enough peanut shells.
Make sure the peanut shells are dry and free of impurities to ensure the charring process goes smoothly.
Carbonizing process
Peanut shells can be efficiently converted into charcoal using our charcoal oven.
Pre-heating stage: Peanut shells are put into the carbonization furnace and start to be heated. The temperature gradually rises and the water in the peanut shells begins to evaporate.
Carbonization stage: When the temperature reaches about 300℃, peanut shells start to carbonize. At this time, the peanut shells will release combustible gases, which can be used to maintain the temperature of the charcoal oven, further saving energy.
Cooling stage: After carbonization is completed, the charcoal needs to be cooled to room temperature. Natural cooling or supporting cooling equipment can be used.
